1— How is the quality, where are the products designed?

All our products are designed in-House at our studio, we have a team constantly researching on new fabric and dyes, as well as designs to constantly improve!

We use the best and most sustainable form of cotton that we possibly can while maintaining a good balance of comfort and fit. We pride ourselves in knowing that we've designed high quality products. 

 

2— Do I need to have an account to order?

No. You do not need to open an account to place an order. When you are ready to place your order, simply opt to checkout without any extra hassle.

 

3— What about taxes?

We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes are included in our pricing;

 

4—When will I receive my items?

All orders ship out within about 48 Hours following the purchase. Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays. 

 

Covid19, Please note that we are continuing to deliver orders, but deliveries may also take us longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

 

6— Will my payment information be secure?

Yes your payment is 100% secured. When you buy online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to the network of our payment service provider, where your card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We also offer payments via PayPal, to secure your virtual transactions as much as possible.

 

7—What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments, including mobile wallets and Paypal as well.

 

8—Can I return my product?

Yes you can! Our 100% satisfied customers policy allow you to return your product within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But do not worry, drop us an email and we will find a solution.

 

9— I didn’t receive my product, what can I do?

Do not worried, please contact us at  [inforovainc@gmail.com](mailto:inforovainc@gmail.com)  . We will return the money to you or ship it again.

 

10— Where is my refund?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 4-7 business days. If you require the money urgently we will charge a fee.
